Our clientOur client is a prestigious international business law firm in Luxembourg.
 
Your role
- HR Administration: provide full administration support to the HR team including new joiners and leavers processes, absence management, maternity/paternity leaves and answers to queries from internal and external clients while respecting the standards
- Recruitment: coordinate and administer full recruitment activities, manage candidate database, act as a first point of contact for candidates and provide them with adequate feedback
- Learning & Development (L&D): participate in the full L&D process, organize training as well as liaise with internal and third-party trainers, drafting communications and invitations and prepare all the required materials
- HR Projects: be actively involved in coordinating ongoing HR projects and initiatives


 
Your Technical Skills- University degree in human resources management or equivalent with a first professional experience
- Fluent in English and French
- Very good computer skills (MS Office pack), knowledge of SAP would be an asset
 
Your Personal Skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and strengthen relationships
- Strong attention to detail, excellent accuracy and results oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deal tactfully and communicate effectively at all levels inside and outside the firm
- Willingness to be part of a team, open-minded, organize workloads and adapt priorities
