The PositionHR Business Partner
 
Our clientOur client is a leading player in the field of Wealth Management with headquarters in Luxembourg.
To reinforce its existing HR team, we are looking to recruit an HR Business Partner (m/f).
The recruited candidate will support the HR director with operational and strategic activities related to HR projects, recruitment, training & development, internal communication, HRIS management and reporting.
 
Your role Act as a source of general HR expertise including strategic HR initiatives, reward, performance culture, training and development, recruitment, change management processes.
Provide management with qualitative and quantitative HR information and analyses in order to guide and influence management decisions proactively.
Support the HR Director to ensure attraction and retention of talents whilst providing support to the business lines to affect the compensation strategy and processes.
Act as an expert, coach and mentor to management and talent on personnel related issues.
Ensure the delivery of requested projects and daily operations.
Drive the budget to ensure respect of deadlines and accuracy of data provided.
 
Your Technical Skills You hold an University degree.
You have gained 7-10 years of successful and operational experience in the Financial services, Big Four or Professional Services business in Luxembourg.
You demonstrate a solid operational expertise in recruitment, training & development issues.
You are fluent in English and French.
 
Your Personal Skills You are a hands-on person with very good interpersonal and influencing skills.
You have a good communication and interpersonal skills.
You are proactive and solutions driven.
You have the ability to work under pressure while delivering professional and quality service.
