The PositionSenior Private Equity Accountant / Administrator (M/F)
 
Our clientOur client is a leading Management Company in Luxembourg
 
Your roleReporting to the direct manager the candidate will be in charge of a several activities for a number of client entities (Holdings, Soparfis, Regulated investment funds):

- Responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day bookkeeping, including correspondence and other communication with the clients;
- Management of invoices, reporting, Cash transactions;
- Preparation of financial statements, annual accounts and any other statutory (CSSF, BCL...) or client's reporting;
- Review the deliverables of third parties;
- Co-ordination with external parties (tax advisors, custodian banks, legal advisors, auditors, suppliers);
- Assistance in corporate and secretarial services (BOD, AGM, EGM);
- Organizing board and shareholder meetings;
- Maintenance of high quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls.
 
Your Technical Skills- Diploma either in Accounting, Banking, Finance or Economy is required;
- Minimum 3 years experience;
- Knowledge of accounting practices;
- Fluency in English (written and oral) any other European language is a plus;
- Strong knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office;
- Experience in tax returns for companies is a plus;
- Experience in consolidation or IFRS is a plus.
