The PositionOffice Manager (M/F
Our clientOur Client is a medium-sized and local Law Firm.
Your role HR management
Act as a backup for the Receptionist and the Partners on all administrative tasks.
Business Development
Organisation and management of any staff social events, including but not limited to, Christmas dinners, target achievement events, etc.
Organise and oversee any refurbishments/office moves
Manage office suppliers or service providers
Control office budgets

Your Technical Skills Fluent English and French is mandatory,
Excellent IT skills with an emphasis on PwP, Word and Excel
Ability to be pro-active and anticipate the needs of others
Detail oriented with strong follow up skills
Minimum 7/8 years experience.
Your Personal Skills Excellent communication skills
Autonomy and initiative
Service minded and dynamic attitude
Responsible, reliable and team spirit
Problem-solving skills
