The PositionHR Team Leader
Our clientOur client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial Management Company and fund administration services provider based in Luxembourg.
Your role- Responsibility and control of the daily HR business
- Coordinating the recruitment process
- Planning and managing personnel development and training activities
- Preparing the payroll process
- Managing internal systems (e.g. time management, HR software)
- Reviewing and updating HR concepts, procedures and policies
- Preparing statistics, monthly and annual reports and financial forecasts
- Organizing and developing new and existing HR services
- Responsibility for HR-related internal communication
Your Technical Skills- Relevant experience (5+ years) in an HR generalist position, in the financial sector (banking or fund industry)
- Comfortable with common HR practices and processes
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg labour law
- Solid knowledge of payroll administration and familiarity with specific tax issues of cross border commuters
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office applications (Excel in particular)
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory, French will be considered an advantage

- You are proactive, reliable, and work in a result- and team-oriented manner
- You know how to work with different personalities
