| Your role | • Having good expertise in corporate domain (Corporate structuring, restructuring, Merger & Acquisition, LBO, due-diligence) • Drafting and reviewing business agreements and contracts with clients, suppliers, contractors and other business counterparts • Contributing to the legal definition of new business initiatives, business models and investment opportunities • Advising reorganizations/restructurings of international corporate structures |
| Your Technical Skills | • Master's Degree in Law • Admitted to an European bar • At least 3 years of experience in a Law firm • Strong knowledge of legal standards in terms of organization management • Proven skills in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information, and drawing logical conclusions • Fluent in English and French. Good knowledge in German be considered as an asset |
