Pascal Meier

Pascal graduated in Marketing and Finance from Weller international business school and San Francisco University and he started his career with the Auchan retail group as a Business unit manager and subsequently as the HR Manager of a 600 people store in France. In 1999 he joined PWC in Luxembourg to manage the HR activities of the accounting, tax and legal departments, but was soon chosen to set up and manage the UK Executive Search company, Robert Walters where he specialized in complex recruitments in the financial sector. In 2004, he was called to lead Hudson|De Witte & Morel, an HR consulting firm specialised in Executive Search, assessment and talent management projects. In 2007, realizing that there was a consistent need for a quality Executive Search and Recruitment Company in Financial Services he decided to run his own company and created EDOUARD FRANKLIN, which has quickly become the recognized hallmark of recruiting excellence in Luxembourg.
